We took our ever popular All Star ~2~ and added a layer of 3 inch grosgrain to the back. This is the ultimate big and bold Yella Bow! We start with a base layer of 3 inch grosgrain. We add two layers of sequins, 2 1/4 inch and 1.5 inch. Then we top it off with our own custom star ribbon in a 7/8 inch width. Are you a BIG Bold All Star?
