If you are ordering samples please include a  note on your order and we will process it as soon as possible.

Effective Jan. 5, 2010 we will accept rush orders.  There is an additional fee for rush orders based on the size of your order and how quickly you need your order.  We will be adding rush options to each product page in the coming weeks.  In the meantime please contact us if you have an urgent need and we will let you know if we can accommodate your request.  We stand by our policy of not moving a customer ahead of another.  Rush fees will be used to pay overtime for our staff to work after hours to complete rush orders.  It will not affect the rest of the calendar.

CURRENT PRODUCTION TIME FOR APPAREL ORDERS:  4-6 WEEKS Currently there is no rush option on apparel orders.

 Ribbon by the yard orders (provided ribbon is not back ordered) ship within five business days.
