Sample Policy:

We want to be sure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases.  Customers may call in or fax sample requests to 877-271-8234.  Provide the following information when submitting your request:

• Name of gym/school/organization
• Phone number where we can reach you if we have any questions.
• Valid credit card number with expiration date, billing address, code on back, and name on card. 
• Name and shipping address if different from information on credit card.
•  We will send you a return shipment label.  If you choose to place an order you may keep the sample(s) you order as part of your order.  If you choose not to place an order with Yella Ribbon you may use the return label to return the samples with no obligation.  If no order is placed and samples are not returned within 30 days credit card will be charged for the samples plus shipping.

Yella Ribbon offers the following volume discount:

 10% off a subtotal of $100-499
15% off a subtotal of $500-999
20% off a subtotal of $1000 or more

This is an everyday discount that does not expire. There is no coupon code to enter. Discount is deducted automatically at checkout. Volume discount does not apply during promotional sales.
