Shipping: All packages are shipped UPS. Customer may choose ground, 2nd day or next day air. Choosing expedited shipping does not mean your package will arrive in one or two days. Processing time for all bow and jewelry orders is the same. Current processing time is 2-4 weeks. Current processing time for Yella Practice Apparel is 2-4 weeks. If you have an urgent need please call before ordering. Returns: Apparel Returns: Returns Detailed Return Policy 1) All requests for returns must be completed in writing using a " Request for Return Authorization Form." The "Request for Return Authorization Form" must be completed in its entirety, including original invoice number and date of original invoice, before a return will be processed. To qualify for return, all merchandise must be invoiced no longer than 30 days prior to request for return. Returns after 30 days are not accepted.
2) To protect our customers, garments of an intimate nature (briefs and boys cut briefs) will not be accepted for return.
3) All merchandise must be returned in original condition (free of deodorant marks, stains or damage of any kind) with accompanying hang tags, bar codes, garment labels and packaging. Items that are returned without accompanying hang tags, bar codes, garment labels and packaging will not be credited to your account.
All garments must be returned with the following attached to receive credit:
- hang tags (without writing on tags)
- bar codes (without writing on tags)
- garment labels (without writing on tags)
- original packaging (without writing on packaging)
Defective merchandise will be evaluated upon return to determine refund worthiness. Defects that are repairable using normal manufacturing techniques will be repaired and returned at the expense of Yella Ribbon. Refunds will not be issued for merchandise that is repairable using normal manufacturing techniques.
4) Yella Ribbon LLC is not responsible for return freight charges and reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking charge on any returned merchandise. Freight charges and other handling charges or related fees from the original invoice are non-refundable. Yella Ribbon LLC is not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged during return transit (use of a carrier with package tracking capabilities is recommended). All returns are issued as open credits to your Yella Ribbon LLC account. No cash, check or credit card refunds will be issued.
5) A copy of the "Request for Return Authorization Form" must accompany all returns and the RA number must be visible on the outside of the return package. Packages returned without an RA number visible on the outside of the return package will be refused and returned to the sender. Returns must be received within 10 days of the date an RA number is issued or return authorization is void.
Returns received that do not meet the above criteria will not be credited to your account and will not be returned at the expense of Yella Ribbon.
Bow/Jewelry Returns: All our bows are custom made to order. We do not accept returns on items unless we have made a mistake in processing and send the wrong item. The customer has the option of ordering a sample before placing a team order to make sure the correct item is ordered. If you need to return an item for any reason you must notify us within 10 days of receiving your order. Ponytail holders and clips will break eventually even under the best circumstances. We are not responsible for broken attachments (ponytail holders/clips) and will not repair or replace bows with broken attachments. Cancellations: The customer has 48 hours after placing an order to cancel for any reason. All cancellations must be in writing via email (sales@yellaribbon.com) or fax 877-271-8234. Please reference invoice number when canceling. |
