Shipping:

All packages are shipped UPS.  Customer may choose ground, 2nd day or next day air.  Choosing expedited shipping does not mean your package will arrive in one or two days.  This is the time it will take to arrive once it has left our offices.

 Current production time is 4 weeks.  We do offer rush options.  You will find the choices on each product page to have your order shipped early.  There is an additional fee for rush options.  Rush fees are used to pay our staff overtime to complete your order.  Rush orders do not affect our calendar or customers who have ordered and choose to ship with the current production time.

Ribbon by the yard orders (provided ribbon is not back ordered) and rhinestone transfers ship within five business days.  If you have an urgent need please call before ordering.  See the Time in Transit map below to determine the number of days it will take for your package to reach you once it has left our offices:

Returns:

All sales are final.  This includes apparel, custom bows, in stock items and any products on our web site.  Most of our products are custom made to customer's specifications.  We do not accept returns or offer exchanges for items that are made to the specifications from the customer.

If we have made an error on your order please contact us at sales@yellaribbon.com within five days of receipt for a return authorization number.  Please note that apparel that doesn't fit but is the size you ordered does not constitute an error on our part.  Please view the sizing charts before placing apparel orders. 

If a product is defective (does not include attachments), please email sales@yellaribbon.com within five days or receipt of the product to obtain a return authorization number.  NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER FROM YELLA RIBBON.  We do not issue refunds.

Ponytail holders and clips will break eventually even under the best circumstances.  We are not responsible for broken attachments (ponytail holders/clips) and will not repair or replace bows with broken attachments.
