*CAN I GET A CATALOG?

~Our product lines are continually changing. We design new cheer bows and add them to the site regularly. We do not publish a catalog for this reason.

*DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS ON TEAM ORDERS?

~Yes. Yella Ribbon Cheer Bows offers a volume discount based on subtotal. It is as follows:

10% off a subtotal of $250-499.99
15% off a subtotal of $500-999.99
20% off a subtotal of $1000 or more

This is an everyday discount that does not expire. There is no coupon code to enter. Discount is deducted automatically at checkout. Volume discount does not apply during promotional sales.

*DOES YELLA RIBBON DONATE BOWS TO SPECIAL NEEDS TEAMS?

Yes.  If you have a specific need, contact us.

*WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Processing time begins after payment is received.  If you are paying with a check, processing time begins after the check is received.

Current processing time is 2-4 weeks.  This does not include time in transit.

Processing time for Yella Practice Apparel is currently 2-4 weeks.

*DO YOU ACCOMMODATE RUSH ORDERS?

~No.  Here is the reason:  If twenty customers placed orders on the same day and all of them wanted to pay a rush fee, we would have to move customers who had already paid to a later ship date.  We do not think it is fair to move a customer ahead of another customer who has ordered on time.



*WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

~When ordering cheerleading bows online you will have the option of paying with your paypal account or with any major credit card including Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. If you would prefer to order over the phone, you may pay with your credit card. We can also send a paypal invoice for a phone order. We also accept checks but will not process the order until the check has cleared. Please understand that we will not start processing an order until we have received payment.


*WILL YOU ACCEPT A SCHOOL PURCHASE ORDER?

~We do not accept school purchase orders. However we will be happy to fax or email an invoice to the school or organization for you.

*CAN I ORDER NOW AND PAY LATER?

~Because each order from Yella Ribbon Cheer Bows is customized to the customer's colors and specifications, we must have payment in full in advance to start on an order.
We are not able to offer net terms or credit of any kind.

*OUR TEAM HAS HAD TROUBLE WITH OUR CHEER BOWS BEING DELIVERED LATE OR NOT AT ALL IN THE PAST FROM ANOTHER COMPANY. HOW DO WE KNOW YELLA RIBBON WILL DELIVER ON TIME?

~We understand the hesitation to order from a different company when there has been disappointing service in the past. We do go out of our way to provide the best customer service possible. We answer our phone. If you have to leave a voice mail we do call back as soon as we can. We also answer emails within 24 hours. If you send an email and do not hear back from us within 24 hours our response was probably filtered to your spam folder or we did not get the email. You will not go through the frustration of not being able to get in touch with us. We would ask that you view what other coaches and owners have to say on our testimonial page.


*I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT HOW TO MAKE CHEER BOWS. CAN YOU HELP ME?

~It took years of research and development to get this company started. Through trial and error, we believe we have developed a technique to make the best cheerleading bows in the industry. It would not be a wise business decision to give out this type of information.

*What is your return policy?

~Products that are made incorrectly or not as indicated on your order may be returned at our expense and we will replace them with correct products.  Please contact us in writing within 5 days of receiving your order if you need to return items for any reason.

Products that are made as indicated on the order but are not what the customer expected may be returned at the customer's expense within 10 days.  Contact us within 10 days of receiving your order for a return authorization before sending products back.  The customer will be charged a 20% restocking fee in this situation.  Customer will be responsible for shipping costs of the new order.

We are not responsible for broken clips or ponytail holders.  We use the highest quality attachments available.  All ponytail holders will break at some point with regular use.  We suggest using at least two ponytail holders to put up your hair before putting in your Yella Ribbon. 

We have a video available with instructions for putting your hair up in a ponytail and putting in a Yella Ribbon bow.  We developed the video for our daughter's gym.  It can be viewed here:
