We start this bow with a layer of 3 inch grosgrain for the base.  We add a layer of 2 1/4" sequins.  The cutout is filled with mystic.

Choose solid color for base layer,

Choose sequin color for second layer.

Choose mystic color for cutout.

Choose cutout shape.

Choose attachment and center wrap color.
