This section of our site is for coaches/directors/owners etc. to order samples.  It is not intended for individual customers' use.

Yella Ribbon receives hundreds of requests for samples/sample photos each year.  Making samples requires the same amount of time, labor, and materials as filling paid orders.  It is for this reason that our sample policy has changed.  We no longer provide free samples.  We will guarantee a ship date for samples ordered from this section.  It will be a rushed date without paying the extra rush fees we typically charge. 

We have created this category to expedite the sample process.  If you need samples for your team you may choose from the products in this category.  Choose the price range that fits your budget per bow.  Keep in mind that we do offer automatic discounts based on the subtotal of your order.  This is explained in more detail on each product page.

After you click on the price range that fits your budget, you will answer some questions about your organization and the type of samples you would like.  You will choose the number of samples you would like and then you will complete the check out process.

If you add 3 to your cart, for example, we will make 3 different sample bows using the answers you provided.  We will ship according to the shipping schedule also found on each product page.  You will have the opportunity to also send us a photo of your uniform if you would like us to design something specifically to match the uniform. 

If you are on a tight deadline, we can send photos of the sample bows ordered before we ship them out as a courtesy. You will have the photos of the exact bow(s) you ordered before you have them in hand.  We do not think it is a good idea to "photoshop" colors because they are not realistic and we cannot guarantee that colors will match.  It is ideal to have your samples in hand to be sure you are getting a true match to your uniform.

You should order samples about 3 months before you will need to hand out bows to your teams.
